Two fine search engine SEO plugins for WordPress websites. The free version of Rank Math allows up to 5 keywords as opposed to one keyword in Yoast. Free version of Math Rank offers 404 detection, a redirect manager, local SEO features, internal link suggestions, and more that are only available in the paid version of Yoast.. It’s something to consider when one key word will simply not do for words such as “real estate”, “website design” or even “Rank Math”. For this reason we are now using Rank Math free for all new websites.

The paid version of both work about the same. They include the use of specific schema for structured data such as Real Estate listings. Administering the paid version is not included in our maintenance plans as they require active monitoring of several hours per week. It will definitely improve ranking and search results.

From a website designer perspective, Rank Math seems to provide an easier to access interface compatible with Elementor page builder. The Rank Math dashboard is easy to use and has all the tools needed to get started. Rank Math can easily import Yoast data saving hours of work copying or re-writing SEO page title, SLUG and SEO Meta description.
