This webpage calculator written by André easily calculates the Ontario Land Transfer Tax for the province of Ontario and the Greater Toronto Area. It comes as an Elementor plug-in and also as source code that can be added to any WordPress or standard website.

In my career as a website designer I have been regularly asked to add-in this calculator to real estate websites. This version includes a wide screen version that explains how the land transfer tax is calculated and as a simplified version that simple shows the calculated data.
